Doctrine
We believe the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. We worship one God in three persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God the Father is the Creator, Jesus Christ is the Son who died for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return, and the Holy Spirit empowers believers. Salvation is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus. The Church, as Christ’s body, is called to worship, make disciples, and serve. Christians are called to live according to Christ’s teachings, practicing love, holiness, and compassion. We observe baptism and the Lord’s Supper as symbols of faith. We believe in Jesus’ return, eternal life for believers, stewardship of creation, the sanctity of life, and the Holy Spirit’s ongoing work to equip believers, just as He did at Pentecost, empowering the Church to spread the Gospel to all nations.
